Not all technology is relevant and appropriate – highly complex engineering solutions are sometimes imposed on unwilling local people. For example a state-of-the art tractor might enable higher productivity than a horse-drawn cart, but when the tractor breaks down, spare parts are not always available, nor are the skills to carry out the repair – a high technology solution becomes effectively useless.

Develop and Deliver
We engage in such a way that our project partners share the responsibility to implement and disseminate a project. This ensures that the intended outcomes are achieved for both donors and beneficiaries. Our projects usually benefit people in one or more of the following areas: health, infrastructure such as energy and transportation, agriculture and livestock, trade and enterprise
and education.
